Top Recruit Winter Escape 2021

Tournament Overview

• 9-field, ALL-TURF complex (Seminole County Sports Complex)
• Held in conjunction with the 2021 NFHCA Annual Convention = HUNDREDS of college coaches should be in attendance (Click HERE to view last year’s college list)
• Detailed recruiting profiles for each player
• Film of EVERY game on EVERY field
• Completely OPEN format – Teams may be comprised of any combination of athletes from the Classes of 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024
• 55 Minute Games – 2 x 25 min halves, with 5 min half time.
• Games will finish by 1pm on Sunday 1/17

Transport to/from Games 

We will not be hiring a Team Van for this event.  The Tournament is taking place at : BOOMBAH SPORTS COMPLEX, 3450 E Lake Mary Blvd, Sanford, FL 32773.

Flights

We are not offering free Coach Chaperone services to this event.  We encourage players/parents to travel on the the flights below but you are free to make your own travel plans.  We just require that players be at the field by 2pm on Friday Jan 15 as the first game is at 3pm.

Notes on Travel

1. Players are encouraged to travel with a parent (or another player’s parent) to this event.  Coach chaperone services will incur an extra cost.   
2. Field Hockey Sticks cannot be carried on the plane and must be checked, so please ensure you have a Stick Bag – we recommend the larger sticks bags that you can pack your clothes in so you can travel with (and check in) just one bag.  Here is an example :  Travel & Carry All Stick Bag

Team Uniform

If you do not already own a Lone Star Team Uniform please CLICK HERE TO PURCHASE.

In the Uniform package that you purchase is the following:

1. Away Uniform : Orange Jersey + Black Skirt
2. Home Uniform : White Jersey + White Skirt

In addition you will need to separately purchase White Socks and Orange Socks and Black Spandex.  Any brand of Spandex is fine and any brand of white socks is fine.

Tournament Fee

A $250 Tournament Fee is due Dec 15, 2020.
